  I've shopped at this store for the 7 years I've lived in Prairie Village. There is another Price Chopper and a Hen House that are closer, but I drive a little farther to come to this one. This store is bright and open....the prices are great, and it is very rare that they are out of what I am looking for. The produce, bakery, deli and meat departments are top notch. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is super nice as well. They'd be perfect if they'd just sell me a winning lottery ticket.

  This is our usual grocery. The produce is looked after very well and is almost always of very high quality. The meat department is great and if they don't have the cut you want the butcher will cut it for you. We like our steaks thick and they have no problem making us special cuts. My only complaint is the lack of organic avocados (I'm allergic to whatever they use on non-organic avocados) but I've honestly never asked for them to carry them. I have asked them to carry certain things in the past and the manager said "no problem", took my cell number, and called me when it came in. Now THAT'S service!

  I visit the store on 103rd far too often. They have great produce and usually have what I'm looking for. Prices are typically better than competitors in the neighborhood. Cashiers and baggers are outstanding. Always pleasant, helpful and friendly. I have another trip planned later today.
