  Bought a very expensive ($10k) desk. Came with defects in finish. Returned it and replaced just one week later with a desk with even more damage in finish. Returned it, and again one week later, replaced with another desk with damage (with very obvious and poor attempts at painting over the damage) . This occurred 4 times until we just gave up and finally accepted the 4th desk with damage. It was obvious that they are just recycling returned damaged items hoping you just give up and take it.

  My wife and I purchased dining room chairs. They are so comfortable and well made not to mention stylish. All the associates were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Arhaus

  She is telling the truth about racism and we wouldn't have to think that way if it was not true. But Arhaus isn't the only store that follows black people around. Maybe if your wife went in by herself but she is of a lighter complexion and in society the lighter the skin the belief is the more money you have at these stores. But the people there most are not pleasant and some are very blunt but you also have good associates there. The S&H is outrages. I should't be penalized $139 because you decide to put your storage unit in OH. Maybe paint your face black and experience the ride.
